Kaedyn Nedopak
Kaedyn Nedopak (he/they) is an award-winning queer trans storyteller and producer with two decades of creating fantasy and mystical content that amplifies marginalized voices through podcasts, digital series, and live shows that have reached audiences in 125 countries.
With over three decades of experience as a digital creator, storyteller and online personality, Kaedyn's credits include several award-winning viral series, such as Late to the Game, which earned him the International Academy of Web Television's "Best Host" award, beating out Larry King and Wil Wheaton. Kaedyn has been a frequent guest host for Good Day Sacramento, Mark at the Movies, The Nerd Machine, Think Hero TV, San Diego Comic-Con, and many other popular news and talk shows; as well as the Master of Ceremonies for large-scale festivals, such as Faerieworlds
A huge sci-fi/fantasy nerd, in 2013, Kaedyn wanted to help indie creators be seen, so he produced the first-ever Hollywood award show for geeks–The Geekie Awards–integrating top brands such as Gibson and PepsiCo into a full scale live production for broadcast in 125 countries online. The show aired on Twitch and garnered over 3 billion in media over the course of its run; and featured Stan Lee, Seth Green, Kevin Smith and LeVar Burton.
With over 15+ years of writing experience under his belt, Kaedyn dove into the world of historical-mythology storytelling. His television script was a Best Television Pilot finalist at CANNES, Best Script winner of both the London International Festival of World Cinema and the Fantasy / Sci-Fi Film & Screenplay Competition, and Best One-Hour Drama finalist for the New York Screenplay Competition and LA Femme International Film Fest, to name a few. After a successful festival run, he turned the story into a book trilogy called Charley's Song.
As a practicing witch and history lover, Kaedyn weaves magic and historical truths throughout the narrative, unmasking the baneful spells of empire—systems designed to bind humanity in trauma and disconnection from our divine nature. The story explores healing and breaking these spells through the earth, queer and gender identities, creativity, community, and found family.
This vision extends beyond the page through The Magic Grove, a community Kaedyn founded to help people deprogram from the matrix and reclaim their spiritual gifts as pathways to liberation.
Kaedyn creates content for the trans and LGBTQIA+ community to provide trans and queer youth, parents and allies across the world with guidance, education, and support. He works with several queer BIPOC run non-profit orgs as well as a content writer and editor.
With his unique ability to be vulnerable and authentically himself, Kaedyn's expertise lies in helping people own their identity, self-confidence and power, so they can step out into the world as their true selves.
